How to choose CBD in Canada
THC-free CBD or Delta-8 THC?
Everything in our THC-free range is made with CBD isolate: CBD refined to 99%+ purity, with no THC, so it will not get you high. That covers our CBD gummies, sleep gummies, CBD oils and the pet oil.
Delta-8 THC is different. It is a milder relative of the THC in cannabis and it is psychoactive, so it can give a light buzz, usually in the evening. CBD gummies or CBD oil?
Gummies are one measured amount in each piece: no dropper, no counting and no hemp taste. They take 30 minutes to two hours to start and last longer once they do, and they are what most first-time buyers choose.
Oil is taken under the tongue. It starts in 15 to 45 minutes and you can adjust it by the drop, which suits people who want to fine-tune.

How much to take
Our CBD gummies carry 50 mg of CBD each, more than many brands, so most people start with half. With oil, start with a quarter to half a dropper. For Delta-8, 5 to 10 mg is a common first amount, then wait two hours before taking more (our first-time Delta-8 guide explains why). Will CBD get me high?

How much should I take to start?
