These terms apply when you use zenbliss.ca or buy from us. Please read them before you order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.
Who we are
Zen Bliss Canada ("Zen Bliss", "we", "us") is a Toronto company. Zen Bliss Canada is the operating name of Zen Bliss Inc. You can reach us at info@zenbliss.ca.
Who can use this site and buy from us
- You must be 19 or older to use this site and to buy from us. In Quebec, you must be 21 or older.
- We sell and ship only to addresses in Canada.
- Our products are for your own personal use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.
- You agree to follow the laws that apply where you live when you buy and use our products.
Health and safety
- The information on this site, including our Dose Finder and Help me choose tools, is general information. It is not medical advice.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Delta-8 THC is psychoactive. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking Delta-8 THC products or products with melatonin.
- Keep all products out of reach of children. Keep products made for people away from pets.
- We can't promise that any product will pass a drug test. Delta-8 THC products will likely cause a positive result.
Products and information
We try to describe our products, prices and lab results accurately. Product photos and colours may look a little different on your screen. Lab reports show the results for the samples that were tested.
Sometimes our site may contain an error, for example in a price, a description or stock. If we find an error after you order, we may correct it, contact you, or cancel the order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.
We may change products and prices, or stop selling a product, at any time.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax for your province and any shipping charge are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer.
- If you pay by Interac e-Transfer, we email you the instructions after you order and ship once your payment arrives. If your transfer has not arrived within 3 days, we cancel the order and let you know.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, if the shipping address is outside Canada, if the order appears to be for resale, or if a product is not available. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Your account
You don't need an account to buy from us. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Please keep your details accurate. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Reviews and other things you send us
- Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the product.
- By posting a review or sending us feedback, you allow us to show it on our site and use it to describe our products, with the name you gave.
- We may remove reviews or comments that are unlawful, abusive, spam, off-topic, contain someone's personal information, or make health or medical claims.
Using our site
Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or give false information;
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including our age check and bot checks;
- copy or scrape the site's content with automated tools;
- upload viruses or other harmful code.
The text, photos, logos, tools and other content on this site belong to Zen Bliss or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using the site or our products; and
- our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order. We'll change the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
