- Zero THC: made with CBD isolate

The same dose every day, no dropper.
A gummy is the simplest way to take CBD: one piece, one known amount, every time. Ours carry 50 mg of CBD isolate, which is CBD refined to 99%+ purity with no THC, so there's no high.
50 mg is a full daily serving for many adults, and more than most gummies on the market, which is why we suggest starting with half. That also makes a pack of twenty last longer than it looks: twenty days at a full gummy, forty at a half.
Gummies work through the stomach, so they take longer to start than oil and last longer once they do. Take them with food.
Choosing by goal? Our pages on CBD for sleep, CBD for stress and calm and CBD for arthritis and joint pain compare these gummies with the rest of the range.
How to take it
- Start with half a gummy (25 mg) with food.
- Hold that for three days before changing anything.
- Step up to a full gummy if you want more. The Dose Finder gives a starting amount from your weight.

Before you add it
Is 50 mg a lot?
It's a full daily serving for many adults. That's why we suggest starting with half. The Dose Finder turns your weight and experience into a starting amount.
Will it make me drowsy?
CBD on its own isn't a sedative. If you want help at night, the Sleep Gummies add melatonin.
Can I take it every day?
Most customers do. Health Canada's review considered 20 to 200 mg a day safe for short-term use in healthy adults.
Will CBD gummies show on a drug test?
These gummies are made with CBD isolate, and the lab report for them shows THC not detected. Workplace and sports tests look for THC and what the body makes from it, not for CBD, so a THC-free product is unlikely to cause a positive result. No product can guarantee a test outcome, so if a test matters to you, keep the lab report and avoid anything that contains THC. Our drug-test guide covers this in more detail.
Do they contain gelatin?
No. They are set with pectin, which comes from fruit. The other ingredients are sugar, tapioca and corn syrup, water, citric acid, natural flavours, colour from fruit and vegetable extract, and hemp extract.
How long does a pack last?
Twenty gummies at one a day is about three weeks. At half a gummy a day, which is where we suggest starting, a pack lasts about six weeks. Keep the pack sealed between gummies.
Can I take them with my medication?
Ask your pharmacist first. CBD can change how the liver handles some medicines, in much the same way grapefruit does, so a prescription that carries a grapefruit warning deserves a check. Blood thinners, some epilepsy drugs and sedatives are the usual ones to ask about.
