This oil is Delta-8 THC on its own: Delta-8 hemp extract in MCT oil with natural watermelon flavour, and no CBD. By the label, the 1000 mg bottle holds about 33 mg of Delta-8 per 1 ml dropper and the 2000 mg bottle about 67 mg. Most people describe the effect as relaxed and clear rather than heavy, and milder than the same amount of regular THC. It is still intoxicating.
Our Delta-8 gummies come in 50 or 100 mg, which is a lot for a first time. This oil solves that: a quarter dropper of the 1000 mg bottle is about 8 mg of Delta-8, a sensible place to start, and you can move up a drop or two at a time.
Under the tongue it starts in 15 to 45 minutes, sooner than a gummy, and the watermelon flavour covers the hemp taste. Delta-8 is psychoactive. Shipped within Canada.
Oil or tincture? Strictly, a tincture is an alcohol extract, but in Canada the word is used for any cannabinoid oil taken by the dropper, and that is what this is: Delta-8 THC in MCT oil, a light coconut-derived oil that absorbs well under the tongue.
Measured by the drop. A full 1 ml dropper of the 1000 mg bottle holds about 33 mg of Delta-8 by the label, so one drop is about 1.7 mg and five drops, a quarter dropper, about 8 mg. In the 2000 mg bottle a drop is about 3.3 mg and a quarter dropper about 17 mg, which is why we suggest the 1000 mg bottle if you are new. Either bottle holds about 120 quarter-dropper servings.

How to take it

Before you add it
How is this different from the Delta-8 gummies?
Finer control. A quarter dropper of the 1000 mg oil is about 8 mg of Delta-8, a sensible first amount, and you can add a drop or two at a time. The smallest gummy is 50 mg, so you would cut it into quarters to get anywhere near that.
How strong is it?
By the label, the 1000 mg bottle gives about 33 mg of Delta-8 per full dropper and the 2000 mg bottle about 67 mg. Most people never need a full dropper: a quarter to half a dropper of the 1000 mg bottle covers most first-time and occasional use.
How many drops should I start with?
About five drops of the 1000 mg bottle, roughly 8 mg of Delta-8 by the label. Hold them under your tongue for a minute, then wait two hours before taking more.
Can I add it to food or a drink?
Yes, but it then works like an edible: slower to start (30 minutes to two hours) and longer to last.
Does it contain CBD?
No. This oil is Delta-8 THC in MCT oil with natural watermelon flavour, and no CBD is added. If you want CBD with no THC, see our THC-free CBD oils. If you want both, the two oils can be taken at the same time, each measured from its own dropper.
Which bottle, 1000 or 2000 mg?
The 1000 mg if you are new: a quarter dropper is about 8 mg. The 2000 mg bottle holds twice the Delta-8 in the same 30 ml, so a drop is about 3.3 mg and a quarter dropper about 17 mg; it suits people who already use Delta-8 regularly and want fewer drops per serving. Both bottles hold the same 30 droppers.
Will it show on a drug test?
Likely, yes. It contains Delta-8 THC, and standard tests detect what the body makes from it.

How long does a bottle last?

Can I take it with alcohol?
Best not. Alcohol and Delta-8 THC add to each other, and the combination is more likely to leave you dizzy, sick or far more impaired than you expected. Keep it for an evening without drinks, and never drive after either.
